4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information at registration and keep it up to date at all times. 4.3 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. 4.4 Account Closure by User. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagering requirements, outstanding KYC obligations or disputed transactions may delay final closure and balance withdrawal.
pak334 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with industry standards for identity verification, age confirmation and anti-money laundering (AML) controls. KYC may be requested:
5.1 Accepted Documents. Typically accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport (both sides), proof of residential address dated within three months, and a selfie or liveness check where required by the verification system.
5.2 Secure Submission. All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never submit sensitive documents via email, social media or third-party messaging applications.
5.3 Withdrawal Hold. The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC. Funds will not be released until satisfactory verification has been completed.
6.1 Deposit Methods. Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform's cashier section and may vary by jurisdiction and User account status. Payment method references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual references only. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or any other exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from pak334.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak334 excludes all warranties, representations and conditions — express or implied — relating to the Platform and Services, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.
10.2 pak334 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits or loss of data.
10.3 The Platform accepts no responsibility for technical failures, service interruptions, network outages or third-party payment processing delays that are outside its reasonable control.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent that such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

13.2 Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the User following completion of KYC and fraud checks, unless subject to a legal hold or regulatory freeze.
13.3 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. The Platform will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding KYC or withdrawal requirements being resolved.
